Our Kingfisher installers have been busy improving the look and security of several homes in Leeds through the installation of our composite doors.
Composite Doors
Our Composite Doors are manufactured with high-quality materials such as uPVC, timber and glass reinforced timber (GRP). From this, the doors achieve a unique degree of quality, drawing upon the best of each material used. Despite looking like a traditional timber door, our composite doors are finished using a scratch-resistant woodgrain foil that perfectly emulates the appearance of wood. All our designs can be customised to suit the style of your home, with more than 50 classic farmhouse, stable and contemporary door styles available. Each door comes with a range of glazing options, different colours and door furniture.
Benefitting Your Home
Through using modern materials in our composite doors, these Leeds homes will benefit from a high-performance product. The doors are manufactured using glass-reinforced plastic, delivering maximum security to your door. This security is further enhanced with the latest locking systems. We use Ultion’s locks, which trigger a ‘lock-down’ mode when they detect forced entry, activating an attack lock directly into the central cam. This is secured within a solid molybdenum core and secured with a dedicated retaining pin, so if an intruder gets past the two sacrificial sections, they won’t reach the integral attack look.
Your home will be far more thermally efficient with one of our composite doors. The door’s core is designed with high-density polyurethane foam, keeping your home warmer and reducing your energy bills. These doors are also low to maintain.
