If you have had an installation from Kingfisher Windows on behalf of a local council, housing association, or you’ve not gone directly through Kingfisher Windows, and something goes wrong with the product within the guarantee, please do not contact Kingfisher Windows in the first instance.
For homeowners that have a fault with the product within the window of guarantee, they should contact the company that booked in and paid for the installation. If it is a council or housing association, they will be able to help. They will then contact Kingfisher Windows on your behalf to find a solution to the issue.
Any customers that contact Kingfisher Windows directly with an issue or fault regarding a product installed through a council, housing association or third party, will not be able to get the issue solved without the input/authorisation from the relevant third party. We will only be able to identify the installation and send for one of the Kingfisher team to help if we are contacted by the relevant third party.
We thank you for your understanding. If you’d like to find out more from our team, you can call 01132 854 985.
