Brunswick

Brunswick is a large residential block that had suffered the effects of time for many years. The building was dated, energy-inefficient and in need of substantial refurbishment to improve both its appearance and performance. Working alongside principal contractor Mears, we were selected to play a key role in the regeneration project by supplying and installing a full range of high-quality windows, doors, curtain walling and external wall insulation.

A combination of our durable PVCu and sleek aluminium casement windows were fitted throughout the development, offering residents improved security, better thermal efficiency and enhanced comfort. In addition, we installed modern aluminium curtain walling to create a contemporary, attractive façade and maximise natural light.

The most striking transformation came from the installation of external wall insulation, which now wraps the building in a highly efficient protective layer. This not only significantly improves thermal performance—helping residents stay warmer while reducing their energy bills—but also gives the entire block a fresh, revitalised appearance. Brunswick now stands as a modern, energy-efficient residential building, delivering long-term benefits for both its occupants and the surrounding community.
