
At Kingfisher Windows, we’re proud to be leading the way once again – this time by becoming the first fabricator in the UK to adopt the new LogiKal MES production tracking system from BM Aluminium.
After seeing a demo of the system at the FIT Show, we immediately recognised its potential to transform the way we manage and monitor our aluminium production. As a long-standing user of the LogiKal software, and already benefitting from tracking technology on our PVC-U side via Business Micros, this was a natural next step.
What is LogiKal MES?
The new LogiKal MES (Manufacturing Execution System) gives our team real-time visibility across every stage of the aluminium production process – from material optimisation to detecting and addressing manufacturing deviations. It also allows for fully paperless operations, centralised reporting, and real-time job tracking, all accessible remotely or in the factory 24/7.
This investment is about more than just technology – it’s about improving service for our customers. By giving us more accurate, real-time insights into our aluminium operations, we can enhance our efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure timely deliveries.

We’ve been a LogiKal licence holder since 2010, using the software to support our aluminium fabrication of Reynaers, Stellar, and Senior Architectural systems.
