January 2021 COVID-19 Update

Following the government’s recent enforcement of a new lockdown, Kingfisher Windows once again would like to reassure our customers that we are still open for business. As we are within the construction industry, both our business and our suppliers will continue with operations, allowing us to continue with installations and to receive orders.

Because of the rules, our showroom will be temporarily closed until the government guidance suggests otherwise.

Our customers can still contact our team or book an installation. You can call us anytime on our phone lines, fill out our online contact form or start an online quote.

Kingfisher Windows would like to thank our customers for their continued patience and support during these uncertain times and hope our customers are able to stay safe.

Update- 3rd November

Following the government’s recent announcement, Kingfisher Windows would like to reassure our customers that we are still open for business. As we are within the construction industry, both us and our suppliers will continue to be in operation, allowing us to receive orders and carry out installations.

Due to the rules, our showroom will be closed from Thursday, November 5 until the end of the current lockdown on Wednesday, December 2.

Customers can still get a quote at any time or fill out our online contact form and a team member will be in touch to discuss your project.

Latest Announcement – Coronavirus Control Measures (22nd)

Further to recent information provided by the government (see official letter here), we have made the decision to tentatively restart fabrication on Monday 27th April 2020 with a skeleton crew.

We will of course continue to make the safety of our staff our main priority by maintaining strict social distancing and hygiene regimes.

While we will be accepting quotes and orders from this date, we will be prioritising those that were in the system prior to the lockdown. We’d like to thank those that have made orders during this time, and we will be contacting these customers first and foremost to discuss your orders.

We are of course liaising with our supply chain in terms of trying to coordinate our return but we will not be able to offer our usual service in terms of stock and lead in times for some weeks, so we need your patience and understanding during this period. Some items and colours may not be available too, but if we maintain good close communication we are sure that we will be able to find a satisfactory solution.

We wish to thank all our clients and customers for your support and understanding and we hope we can at least make some efforts to maintain our business and relationships during these extraordinary, difficult and trying times.
