Quite recently the Kingfisher team were tasked with replacing one local homeowner’s entire set of windows and doors. From enquiry to installation, Mrs Johnson found the process to be swift, simple and reliable.
Windows and doors Mrs Johnson knew needed replacing
Prior to contacting Kingfisher Windows, Mrs Johnson had been dabbling with the decision of changing her current windows for 2 – 3 years but she didn’t know if the benefits would outweigh the initial expense. The existing uPVC windows were by no means of low quality, but they were fitted a good 30 years ago and unfortunately their effects were being felt.
The draughts, cold spots and all round poor performance had led to the Johnson family spending a few hundred pounds on repairing these windows, eventually deciding to go ahead and swap out the current windows and doors for brand new high-performance replacements from Kingfisher. We were more than up for the task!

It wasn’t too long before we arranged an appointment with Mrs Johnson, talking through her specific needs and requirements for her Leeds home. As with every customer we work with, we never placed Mrs Johnson under any kind of pressure, simply presenting her with all of the required information in terms of both products and timescales

Without so much as a hitch, we successfully installed a full set of high performance uPVC windows in white being ‘A’ rated by the WER for energy efficiency to ensure that Mrs Johnson will be able to save warmth as well as money on the home’s financial bills. Being incredibly low maintenance and modern in design, the windows will never fail to both look good and perform well for decades to come.
The new entrance door was a beautiful dual-coloured composite, black on the outside whilst displaying a white finish within the home’s interior. Once again energy efficiency would always be achieved, thanks to the door panel’s multi-layered core.
